![]() Kim Seagram - Chair of FermenTasmania showcasing Tasmanian fermented products to the Prime Minister on his recent visit to Tasmania whilst in election mode. The team at FermenTasmania has been very busy since our opening event in June 2016. At the event we highlighted just a taster of the fermented products on offer in Tasmania. Held at Stillwater, the guests were updated on the activities that the Board has undertaken. Also announced at the function was a funding commitment by the Tasmanian Government, Australian Government, University of Tasmania, Northern Tasmania Development to support the scoping phase and business case development.
The scoping study is well underway with the first report due to Government shortly. In the meantime, we will keep you up to date via this blog on updates.
